Continuation of Part 1...
The first thing that every woman should maintain during pregnancy time is food control. They should be intake nutritious food, and at the same time they should also consult a nutritionist before taking any food. They should stay away from uncooked foods, salads, and avoid eating at places where the food is suspect. Don't eat outdoors in the summer when food gets spoiled easily.
